REPORTS Lodge Sponsors 2nd Annual Fall Concert The educational committee of the Second Masonic District Council, Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania, will sponsor-its second annual fall concert Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Frederic Douglass Junior High Auditorium, 8th St. and Central Chester. Spencer Male Chorus will be featured. Proceeds from the affair go into a fund for aiding'de- high school and college students who desire to further their education.

Several grants will be awarded Saturday; night to. students who have appealed for financial aid Randell' Whitsett is chairman of the educational committee. Mr. and Mrs. Harlarr Vincent were hosts for the October meeting of Class 1 of Grace Methodist Church Tuesday evening at their home, 800 Penneil Chester.

1.960 Fire Probe Continues TRAINEK The cause of the hckisc trailer blaze which look the life of 38-year-old Ralph S. Bailey Wednesday has not yet been determined, officials said today. Police chief John J. Flannery said, however, that the blaze in Bailey's trailer at the'Cox Trailer Park at 4300 W. 9th St.

apparently was accidental. Flannery, Slate trooper Albert Kwedcr, fire marshal from the Bclmonl Barracks, and Leon Wilgus, assistant chief of the Lennox Park Fire probed the ruins Wednesday. Flannery said there appeared to be no indication of foul play. He said the blaze apparently started in the living room section where Daily's charred body was found. Kwoder's findings have not yet been made known.
