Balltj July 1951 KVOA-TV Plans To Open On Sept. 27 By JfORMA" HARRINGTON Tucson's second television sta- tion--KVOA-TV--is well on its way to completion and the openjng is set for Sept. 27 to coincide with the extension of the coaxial cable to Tucson for live network programs. "We are still shooting for the target date of Sept. 15," H.
