1. The clubs will play home and home schedules on the three holidays, with Green Bay meeting Sheboygan in every case. On Memorial day, May 30, the Bluejays will be at Sheboygan in the afternoon and at home for the night tilt. July 4 will see the Indians here in the afternoon. The Labor day series will open here in the afternoon and continue at Sheboygan in the evening for the season's finale.

The board of directors will in turn elect a commissioner and a secretary-treasurer The directors will act on all disputes and protests which cannot be settled within the. leagues and will also arrange schedules and playoffs between leagues.

All three leagues have arranged to hold organizational meetings within the next w-eek at which time they will elect their officers. The Shawano county league will meet Friday, the Little Wolf on CLINTONVILLE, Wis. Close to 75 baseball fans from 20 villages and cities in this area met at Clintonville and organized the Badger Amateur Baseball association, with the aim to expand and foster home talent baseball.
