Herbert Lawson of Buffalo. She was graduated from Anderson college. While there she was a member of Alpha Pi Epsilon fraternity. For the past two years she has been a member of the Westminster high school faculty. Mr.

Her finger-tip veil bordered with imported lace was held to her hair bv a coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a white satin prayer book topped with a purple throated orchid and showered with satin ribbon, fern and gypsophila.

Her only ornaments were her mother's pearls. Immediately following the ceremony a reception was given by the bride's parents. Later in the evening the couple left for a wedding trip through the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. The bride wore for traveling an egg shell suit of gabardine with white and brown accessories, and the orchid from her bridal bouquet as her corsage. Mrs.

Broom Is a graduate of the Woodruff High school and attended the Southern Bible Institute at Knoxville, Tenn. At the time of her marriage she was a secretary to her brother. Rev. J. Harold Smith.

The bridegroom is a graduate of the Tunnell Hill school. At present he is in the general contracting business in Dalton, where they will make their home upon their return from their wedding trip. Holmes Memorial church, which is interdenominational and has been iM conducted for the past twenty years by Rev. Paul F.
