James H. Donney, pastor of tho First M. E. church, was in Columbus Tuesday attending a special called meeting of Ohio Methodist pastors, by Bishop Theodore Henderson, at which tho subject of publishing an area paper for the Cincinnati and Ohio district was to be discussed. Cincinnati ministers at a meeting yesterday went on record as sternly opposing such a plan claiming that it would mean the death "Tho Western Christian Advocate," Methodism's present organ.

Dr. Ahra Martin, former pastor here and now district superintendent for Cincinnati, was named as a member of a committee of Cincinnati pastors to oppose the plan to publish such a paper. They were delegated to attend the Columbus meeting today. Be Ordained by the Council of the City of Hamilton, State of Ohio: Section 1--That a contract ba and is hereby entered into with Columbia Gas Supply Company, an Ohio Corporation, Ior the supplying Natural Gas to the City of Hamilton, State ot Ohio, -and its inhabitants upon the following terms and agreements, to-wlt; First: The term of this, contract shall bo Ten (Jfl) commencing the. date of the taking- effect ot this Ordinance.
