A White House source said the decision would be announced after members of Congress whose districts are involved had been notified. No date for the transfer has been set, the sources said. "But it is a high priority, and I think it will be accomplished fairly quickly," said one official. None of the officials was willing to permit use of his name. The Glasgow site, in a remote, windswept area near the Canadian border, has been under consideration as a holding center for undocumented aliens for several months.

Dr. James Morrison charged with conspiracy to commit murder, has been arraigned and released on $55,000 bail. Morrison, who was extradited to New Jersey last week from Beulah, N.D., pleaded innocent Tuesday to four counts of conspiracy before Superior Court Judge William H. Huber.

A New Jersey grand jury indicted Morrison last October, charging that he plotted with an undercover state trooper to kill his son, James and his daughter-in-law, Lori Morrison. According to the indictment, Morrison's motive was revenge for his son's testimony in a 1980 lawsuit that led to Morrison's conviction for illegal possession of firearms. James Jr. and his wife were not harmed. WTCN photographer gets out of Poland safely David Unzicker, a WTCN-TV photographer who was in Poland when martial law was declared, has arrived safely in New York, the station said Thursday night Unzicker, who been on assignment in Poland with reporter Bernie Grace, arrived on a charter flight from Warsaw.

The station said Unzicker had no problem leaving Poland and was allowed to take his videotapes and other belongings. Grace, who arrived in Berlin by train Wednesday, was stopped, strip-searched, had his film confiscated and was held for eight hours before being allowed to leave. The two are scheduled to return to the Twin Cities today. They were in Poland taping a series of news reports. 'U' art professor Busa challenges suspension Peter Busa, a studio arts professor at the University of Minnesota, has challenged his suspension from the faculty in a grievance filed with the Faculty Senate Judiciary Committee.

Busa, 67, a nationally known painter, was suspended indefinitely two weeks ago over alleged grading irregularities and other unprofessional conduct He has denied doing anything that would warrant suspension under university rules. The grievance will -be reviewed by a faculty panel, which will forward a nWbinding recommendation to President C. Peter Magrath. Bemidji president to leave Dr. Rebecca Stafford, president of Bemidji State.

University, will become executive vice president at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, it was announced Thursday in Bemidji, Minn. She will assume the post Feb. 1. She has been Bemidji State president since April 1980. Montgomery, Ala.

Attorney General Charles Graddick filed an emergency appeal yesterday with the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, asking a three-judge panel to block Varner's order.

The report says two small political parties the Dominican Communist Party and the Dominican Liberation Party received training and financial help from Cuba.

The parties denied involvement in any activity involving arms but did not deny receiving Cuban or Soviet aid. The report says two other small groups have been encouraged by Cuba and the Soviet Union to join forces. They are identified as the Socialist Workers Movement and the Socialist Party.
