He was born on February 2, 1958, in Lebanon, the son of Raymond Joanna (Thompson) Silver. On June 3, 1978, he MM married his high school sweetheart and I jo soul-mate, Janet L. Peterson and she a survives. Vl Tom was a 1976 graduate of Taylor Loretta A. (Harger) McDowell 71, of Sheridan, passed away May 18, 2016.

52, New Palestine 46163 with a service to follow at noon. Burial at London Cemetery, www.wilsonstpierre.com V. Richard (Dick) Miller V. Richard (Dick) Miller, 76, of Englewood, Florida, formerly of Syracuse, IN, went to heaven at 3:37 p.m. on May 18, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.

Born July 27, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa to Wallace T. Miller and Enid Lillian Conklin Miller, the family moved to Warsaw, Indiana in 1947. Richard married his beloved wife of nearly 55 years, Jane Kay Rothrock, on August 19, 1961 after a whirl-wind courtship. Loving father to V. Richard Miller II (Barbara) and Pamela Sue Dilley (Jerry).

Survived by siblings R. James Miller (Judy), Beverly Jean Miller and Barbara Jane Miller (Gary). Dick has six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Dick and Jane joined the family business in 1967 Miller's Merry Manors founded in Warsaw, Indiana; the company grew to over 40 facilities in Indiana. Dick served in the Indiana State Senate from 1976 to 1988, six of those years in leadership.

He was the recipient of numerous awards for his many accomplishments. The viewing will be Thursday, May 26 from 2-8 p.m. at Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Milford, IN. The service will be held on Friday, May 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary United Methodist Church in Syracuse, IN.

A meal and soiree will follow at South Shore Golf Club in Syracuse. On Thursday, May 26, there will be a Celebration of Life service at 12 p.m., with visitation from 10 a.m.

-12 p.m. at Stuart Mortuary Chapel, with interment at Washington Park North Cemetery. She is survived by her children, Dorothy M. Craig, Othella Crenshaw, Donald M. Morris, Keenithy Morris, Robert A.

Morris and Michael D. Morris; 12 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; brothers, Cleveland Murphy and Eugene Murphy; sister, Lovie Mae Adams. He was an active member of Crossroads Community Church and was beloved in his men's group there. Tom was active in the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA), the Isaak Walton League, the Indiana Pharmacists Alliance, the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. He grew up serving with Boy Scout Troop 516, where he achieved the prestigious designation of Eagle Scout. He later became an Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 528 and obtained membership in the Brotherhood of the Order of the Arrow. He worked as a clinical pharmacist at Community Howard Regional Health for 24 years, most recently at Community Howard Specialty Hospital.

Tom was a dedicated son, brother, husband, father, uncle, and soon-to-be grandfather. He prioritized his relationships with Jesus and his family above all else throughout his life. He loved geocaching, genealogy, music, tracking storms, and being a HAM radio operator under the call sign N9RPH. Among his favorite things were visiting with family, spending time outdoors, taking family vacations, and playing with his dog Emma. Alongside Tom's cherished wife Janet, surviving are his parents, Raymond and Joanna Silver, Kokomo; sons, Michael T.

(Sara) Silver, Arcadia, and Daniel W. (fiancee Kristen) Silver, Greentown; brother, James L. (Robin) Silver, Greentown; parents-in-law, Gerald and Mary Ann Peterson, Greentown; brothers-in-law, Jerry (Joyce) Peterson, Kokomo, and Greg (Mary) Peterson, Greentown; half-brother-in-law, Shaun (Linda) Rowe, United Kingdom; and granddaughter, Margaret Tomlin Silver, due in September. Tom is also survived by nieces and nephews, Courtney (Ryan) Grezenko, Katherine Silver, Mitchell (Meg) Peterson, Amy (Derrick) Pickett, Douglas (Hannah) Peterson, Scott (Maria) Peterson, Kyle (Montana) Peterson, and Lora (Cameron) Barker; and great-nieces and nephews, Bodhi Grezenko, Gavin Peterson, Liam Peterson, Emilia Peterson, Isaiah Pickett, Ella Pickett, Titus Pickett, Griffin Pickett, Zachary Peterson, Vivian Peterson, Connor Peterson and his soon-to-be sibling, Alyssa Peterson, and Chase Peterson. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m.

on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at Crossroads Community Church, 4254 00 EW, Kokomo, with Pastor Dave Welsh and Ty Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Madonna Harper Moore, daughters, Jan Moore Eveleigh, Cheryl Moore Keeler, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She was born on October 29, 1947 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of Joseph and Edna (Lawson) Trover. Joyce had worked at West Newton Friends Day Care and AYS Day Care. Joyce and her husband were members of Mid-West Vintage Campers Club and she enjoyed art, quilting and many other crafts. Survivors: husband, Darryl R. Kersey; sons, Jason (Jessica) and Jonas (Lee) i Sue C.

Murphy Kersey; brothers, Don (Diane) and Ron (Helma) Trover; 4 grandchildren and was looking foreward to the birth of her first great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Wesley Trover; sister, Delores Trover Griffith. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 27, 1936 to Cecil Arthur and Ellen Marie Shinkle. Sue was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She retired from Western Electric after 31 years of faithful service.

She was a member of the Eastern Star as well as numerous bowling leagues. Sue enjoyed sewing, traveling, and most of all she loved her family. She was happily -) 1 i Michael E. "Mike" Tate 56, Brownsburg, passed away May 21, 2016. He was a mechanic and most recently employed by Trucking.

He previously worked with KDC in Indy, Schilli, Schafer, Transco and Whiteford National Lease. He loved to tinker in the garage, do small engine repair and was a big Indy race fan, going to the Indy 500 every year. He took great pride in his sons, enjoyed going to Sturgis and riding his Harley. He was preceded in death by p- m1 married to her husband, Vernon Murphy for 62 years. Sue volunteered for Community Hospital sewing pillows for children.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She was born in Bloomington, Indiana on March 18, 1917 to Harold and Harriet Cotton and was raised on the family farm on Ryker's Ridge, Madison, Indiana. Upon graduating from high school, Sarah entered nurse's training at IU School of Nursing, and graduated in the 1939 as a registered nurse.

Before her graduation, she was hired by Riley Hospital and remained with Riley until her retirement in 1976. She served in many positions from a floor nurse to Night Supervisor and completed her career as Manager of the Parent Care Unit. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, siblings James Cotton and Helen Cotton Thompson, husbands, Victor G. Varmo, Herbert Reinhardt, Dick Kessler, and her son, Larry Victor Varmo. She is survived by daughters Judith Varmo Karstens and Victoria Varmo Shepard Daughter in law Beverlee Varmo, step daughter, Nancy Reinhardt Slye, step-sons Rick Reinhardt and John Kessler, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Her many interests included being a member of the Indianapolis Chapter of the Embroiderer's Guild, playing bridge and being a care giver to many. She lost a long battle with breast cancer, throughout which she was surrounded by her family, her longtime partner, Jim Williams, and her many friends. Sally was born in Milwaukee, WI on July 31, 1948, to the late John and Helen Shodron. She had three older brothers, all of whom have Electric.

Bob served tirelessly through community organizations; voting polls, Meals on Wheels, and Christian mission groups. He was a longtime trustee and fix it man for Aldersgate Free Methodist Church; he also served on boards for Heritage Christian and Near Eastside Christian Schools, and the Umri Christian Hospital in India. Bob later served the East Side as a member of Post Road Christian Church. Bob married Judith (Onyett) Nugent in 1973. He is survived by his wife of 43 years; his children, Monty Scott, Pamela Sardar and Lora Nugent-Glandorf; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Bob was known for his generosity, his quick wit, his love of learning, his steadfast dedication to his family, and his faith in God. Washington St. www.shirleybrothers.com. Kyle Daniel Knuth 20, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016. Kyle was born on July 9, 1995 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Randall Lee Ann Abell Knuth. Kyle graduated from Hilltop Academy Homeschool and was currently enrolled in an HVAC apprenticeship program with Associated Builders and Contractors and Vincennes University.

He enjoyed family, friends, basketball, golf, motorcycles and Chelsea soccer. predeceased her. She graduated from her beloved St. Mary's College at Notre Dame. Sally was a hard-working mother of three children, whom she raised with great love: Amy Elizabeth (Mitch) Kern, Brian David (Meg) Walsh and Mark Andrew (Sabrina Eliasoph) Walsh.

Her grandchildren were: Walsh, Luke, Beatrice, Quinn, Beau, Boone, Dylan, Charlotte and Harrison. To help support her family, she worked successfully in sales at local retail institutions, where she made lifelong friends and had a wonderful time. She also modeled for many years through the Helen Wells Agency. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 26 in St Luke Catholic Church at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends will gather on Wednesday from 4 to 8 on May 25 in Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel, 740 East 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
