Ross Sively, for-j mer resident of Luke, will join' the staff of the Corporate gineering Department of West; Virginia Pulp and Paper as a field construction supervisor, according to Arthur L. Noble.

chief engineer of the Westvaco Corporate organization. Sively, who has served asi superintendent of and maintenance at Tyrone, Pa.j since July 1966, will assist in; construction i i at Westvaco's Wickliffe, mill. A native of Cass, W. Mr. Sively originally joined the Luke mill in 1933.

After several years experience in the coating plant, boiler house and winder room, he accepted employment with Riley Stoker Company, Tyrone, and was a field super- intendent for that organization for 28 years. Mr. Sively return- ed to Luke in 1962 as project engineer in the Design En- gineering Department and ad- vanced to area maintenance supervisor in the pulp mill in! December 1965, the position held until his assignment to Tyrone. He earned an AB degree in chemistery from Catawba Col- lege, Salisbury, N. and his BS degree in chemistry from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. Siyely and his family will move to Paducah, in the Bear future. He will assume his new duties September 1.
