LOCAL MENTIONS head bridge over the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad oa Lincoln avenue, that place. The demurrer denies that the persons who filed tbe bill for injunction have any equities involved. The demurrer was filed by Assistant Attorney General Robert H. Archer and Attorneys Cissel and Woodward, of Rockville. counsel to the Montgomery county commissioners.

Judge Robert B. Peter set the date for hearing on the demuzrer as October 25 at Rockville. The Injunction against the roads commission was asked by nine residents of the town of Kensington through Attorneys Vivian Simpson and John E. Czley. of Rockville, and Alban iL Wood, of Frederick, charging that the commission arbitrarily plans to take property owned by them ia connection with the site.
