TUESDAY, APRIL 27, 1976 THE HOLLAND, MICHIGAN, EVENING SENTINEL Palisades Reopening Is Delayed SOUTH HAVEN Consumers Power from Arpil 2, lo Dec. 20, 1975, when the plant was closed for routine refueling and repair. It has been closed ever since then. Consumers Power operates two other nuclear plants in Michigan and is building a fourth near Midland. The Big Rock Point plant near Charlevoix is currently closed for I modifications and one of two citing -T unanticipated equipment problems, has delayed the reopening of its shutdown-plagued Palisades nuclear power plant for another two weeks.
