The wind blew the station wagon over and penned them under it. Mrs. Greer managed to free herself, and jacked up the station wagon to release her husband. He was taken to Kings Daughter's Hospital but died late Friday of injuries.

The tornado actually killed five people in Lincoln County, and a sixth resident of the county was in McComb and killed there. Three other persons lost their lives in McComb to make a total of nine victims from this Jan. 10 tornado. Heretofore, everyone paid the same price. Permit higher prices for propane processed in facilities constructed after Jan. 1, 1975 to provide incentive to build more facilities. Put a ceiling on amount of propane used by the nation's refineries extracted from their gasoline processing as boiler fuel to amounts used for boiler fuel between April 1, 1972 and March 31, 1973. With the winter weather just getting underway the action of the FEA could prove good news to Mississippians.

Next winter, but not this winter, the FEA may get around to setting ceiling prices on propane if the Ford administration decides to put a ceiling price on motor fuel. Theater Man Is Fined $200 BILOXI Henry Beaman Pankey, 40, manager of a Biloxi theater, Tuesday was fined $200 and given a suspended 10-day sentence when convicted in Biloxi City Court of violating two counts of the state's Obscenity statutes. City judge William Denton viewed the two films during an open court hearing and ruled they violated the state law and were obscene. The films were seized last Friday night by police in, a raid at the Gulf Coast Cenima. By JOHN SPARKS WASHINGTON Mississippians who use propane for heating and cooking and heating purposes pand the Mississippi delega-tion in the National House of Representatives can take heart from the latest price information from the Federal Energy Ad- ministration, (FFA).

J. The administration Mon- day announced the adoption new regulations effective Jan. 1, to keep the prices of propane and butane as low as possible without affecting dwindling supplies of these products. The Mississippi delegation has been working with the FFA since early fall to get some definite action on putting a ceiling on the price of propane or at least adopt guidelines to prevent runaway prices. Final FEA regulations establish a new, cost-based price regulatory system which may not be satisfactory to the Mississippi lawmakers or to the users of the burning gas.

Among the highlights of the new regulations are these rules: Keep the May 15, 1973 reference prices for increased costs and lawful prices of 8.5 cents a gallon for propane and 9 cents a gallon for butane. Permit natural gas processors of propane to add to their May 15, 1973 selling prices one-half cent a gallon to reflect increased non-product costs. Permit increased costs of natural gas consumed in producing propane to be added to May 15 prices. i The PROJECTA lb ill diaaonal I IHlCl a 100 Solid State I ii) I ii mum ItCil i reruns Hwjri i v0 il' eWUi Diet.
