E. Manufacturers Group Buys Big Steel Mill Phoenixville, Aug. 28 (INS) A syndicate of 25 manufacturers moved today to overcome the current steel shortage threatening their businesses by purchasing the Phoenix Iron Co. plant at Phoenixville for a reported S4.000.0CO. Arnold H.
