It will take probably 125 pies to go around, and it is sure that there are this many women In Hutchinson, sufficiently patriotic and interested in the soldier boys to donate tbe home made pies for the approaching Homecoming.

Those who will contribute them are asked to telephone The News and be listed in the roster. Then when the notification of the arrival of the soldier train is made, the pie's can be delivered at the place designated. Miss Burke's beauty has won her the name of California's most beautiful daughter and she had enjoyed popularity in the social life of New York, Paris and London.
