1942. CITIZENS OF ARGENTINA WANT BREAK WITH AXIS BUENOS AIRES (U.R) Opponents of Argentina's Isolationism again have urged the country to break relations with the Axis. Twenty thousand Argentinians night attended a big rally in Luna park. They cheered every time President Roosevelt's name was mentioned, and they booed at references to Japan's sneak attack on Poarl Harbor. Former Foreign Minister Jose M.

Cantilo told the rally: "We are not only here in trioute to President Roosevelt, but the cause he incarnates." Argentina and Chile are the only two South American nations which have not broken with the I Axis. While the big rally was going on last night, less than a thousand members attended the nationalist youth alliance meeting in another part of Buenos Aires. Speakers at this meeting were loud in their denunciation of President Roosevelt.
