Born at West Jersey Hospital, Camden in 1928, and lived most of her life in Merchantville where she graduated Merchantville High in 1946.

She graduated West Jersey Hospital Helene Fuld School Of Nursing in 1949, and worked as a Registered Nurse from 1949 until her retirement from West Jersey Hospital System in 1987. She was Nurse Manager of the Neonatal Special Care Unit from 1971 to 1987, and received the Employee of the Year award in 1977. She was a former member of the West Jersey Hospital Alumni School Of Nursing, and a current member of the Red Hat Society as well as the New Freedom Village Comfort Care Club. She was a parishioner at St. Peters RC Church of Merchantville, and Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Berlin.

Her hobbies were traveling, crafting, bingo, and leisure time at the shore in Strathmere with her family. Beloved wife of Jerry F. Sr. of 55 years. Loving mother of Dr.
