4 Fifth Ward residents will be given a preview of the proposed Minneapolis zoning ordinance at 8 p.m. Sept 4 in North High School audi torium. Alderman Joe Greenstein, Fifth Ward representative, is sponsoring the information session. Total estimated opening enrollment this fall, 71,520, is 861 higher than actual September attendance last year.
