i i- (UPI) West German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer has decided not to press for a plebiscite in West Berlin un til the city senate decides it wants one, Informed sources said here Sunday. They added that the senate is unlikely to call for a plebiscite now, preferring to hold it as a trump card in case negotiations with the Russians run into rough weather. Adenauer, they explained, believes the impetus for a vote must come from Berlin itself rather than from the occupying powers or the Bonn government. This view, it was reported, will be presented by Foreign Minister Heinrich von Bren- tano in Washington during a pre-summit conference with the foreign ministers of the United States, Britain and France.
