Four suits against Edward H. Anderson, 21, Delano, were filed by Mrs. Joan Andrews, 1616 Hawthorne driver of the other car, and her husband, James F.

Andrews. Andrews sued individually and on behalf of the two children, James and Katheryn, who died as a result of the crash at a Plymouth intersection. Anderson's trial on criminal negligence charges in connection with the accident ended in a hung jury in August. He was sentenced to 90 days in the workhouse last week after pleading guilty to the lesser offense of L. sued for Smith's arrest, careless driving.

Five Boys Admit Burglaries, Get Coins, Yo-Yos Five boys ranging in age from 10 to 15 admitted to police Monday they had been involved in 10 burglaries in Minneapolis in the last week. Four of the boys had run away from home, police said. The boys admitted breaking into the Sumner Branch Library, 1100 Olson and taking a rare coin collection that was on display, police said. Three burglaries in the Olson Highway Shopping Center and four in the downtown area yielded about $20 and an assortment of candy, yo-yos and cigars, police said.
