The members of the I. N. S. club and their families and friends were entertained with a Halloween party in the beautiful home of Mr. and Mrs.

Arthur Nicholas Saturday evening. Everything was carried out in true Halloween style. Bones placed on the broad front steps glistened in the' bright moonlight and the host dressed in a fancy costume representing His Satanic Majesty met the guests at the door with his pronged sceptre. 30. (AP) Heading again into the I traditional Democratic fortress of Virginia, Senator William E. Borah of Idaho, left here early today for Norfolk to deliver his second appeal of the campaign for Herbert' Hoovers presidential fight to the elec- torate of the old dominion state. The Idaho senator arrives at the I Virginia city late this afternoon and will deliver his speech tonight. The address will be the second of the five speeches which he has scheduled for the last week of the campaign.
