Born in Montgomery, AL on October 21, 1939. Eugene George T. Ho-henwater, age 74, entered into eternal married January 19, 1963; sons, George (Yolanda) James, and Robert Dunbar; five grandchildren, Nick, Alyssa, Ryne, Baelon and Olivia; and great granddaughter, Emilia; sister, Elizabeth Lyman. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends, golf partners, card players, and fishing buddies. Preceded in death by his parents, George and Fern Yuratick; biological father, George Ballantine; sister, Beverly Zola; brother, Thomas Yuratick.

Born in Joliet. Attended S.S. Cyril and Methodius grade school, JTHS, Joliet Catholic and Southern Illinois University. Retired Estimator from Modern Builders Industrial Concrete in Rockdale. Avid golfer and fisherman, loved his Chicago Cubs and Bears, and his dogs.

Funeral will be held Monday, December 1, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. from Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Joilet to St. Bernard's Church for 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian burial. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Noble (nee Legan), age 78, at rest on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, with her loving family by her side. Lois is survived by her loving son, Dana (Robin) Noble; three grandchildren, Leah, Cade and Molly Noble; siblings, Rosemarie (the late Raymond) Novak, Pat (the late Gerald) Jaskowiak, Ernest (Ruby) Legan, Judy Legan, Joni (Steve) Clyatt and Tom (Theresa) Legan; brother-in-law, Ron (the late Nancy) Thorndyke; sister-in-law, Sally (the late John) Noble; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Noble (1994); son, Paul Noble (1993); parents, Louis J. and Stella (nee Slapnicar) Legan; brother, James Legan; and sister, Nancy Thorndyke. Lois was born and raised in Joliet and was a lifelong parishioner of St.

Joseph Catholic Church. She attended St. Joseph grade school, graduated from St. Francis Academy and graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. After graduation, Lois went on to become a nurse at St.

Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. She retired after over 20 years of service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lois' name to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 416 N. Chicago St, Joliet, IL 60432 would be appreciated.

A celebration of Lois' life will begin on Saturday, November 29, 2014, with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:20 a.m. then driving in procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at life on Monday, November 24, 2014. George is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Mary Ann (nee Carroll); loving sons, George F. (Diane), Todd (Raeann), Robert (Chrissy), and Greg (Karen) Hohenwater; loving daughter, Sandra (Artie) DeMaso; cherished grandchildren, Brett and Scott, George, Lillian and Bre-anne, Mackenzie, Jack and Alaina, Chloe, Gwendolyn, Gianna, Tiana and Keith; cherished great grand daughter Kylie McHale; dear sister, Marilyn Bailey; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his loving son; Bret Hohenwater; his parents, George F. and Evelyn (nee Kinzler) Hohenwater. George retired from Exxon Mobil after 27 years of employment. He served proudly in the U.S. Navy.

He was a member of the local VFW in Arizona. George was an avid Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears, and Notre Dame fan. A huge motorsports fan, George used to race stock cars as a hobby. As a young man George loved to play sports and even continued into his older years, winning the Senior Softball World Series. He also loved to fish.

He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Service information, including dates and times, for George T. Hohenwater will be provided in the Sunday edition of the Joliet Herald News. Hohenwater at graduated from George Washington Carver HS in Montgomery, AL where he met his long time sweetheart Wyvonia Pierce. Eugene and Wyvonia married on October 26, 1958. They relocated to Joliet, Illinois in 1966 and became members of Second Baptist Church. Eugene retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company after 39 years of service as a truck driver. Preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Ruby, daughter Sonya Davenport and grandson Isiah Pittman.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Wyvonia, two daughters; Sheryl (James) Tisdale, Seleta, and son Eugene six grandchildren, Keshia, Jason Tamishia, Tramelle, Jorden and Ja'kya; seven great grandchildren, Justyn, Jhakari, Khamari, Jhabari, Ja'Nyia, James, and Aubrielle, son-in-law; Albert Davenport, a loving dog "Pookie," one brother; Claude Strickland, Sr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Born in Joliet on March 2, 1943, to William Sr. and Juanita (nee Born in Joliet, James "Jim" was the son of the late Gerard and Catherine (nee Macfarlane) Hatfield. He attended St. Paul the Apostle Grade School, Joliet West High School, Western Illinois University and Northern Illinois University. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Karen (nee Wiesbrook); his children Anne Hatfield of Joliet and Mary Hatfield of Dublin, Ireland; brother Robert and Ann (nee Shankland) Hatfield of Naperville; sister Kathleen Hatfield of Joliet; brother-in-laws Michael Wiesbrook of Woodland Park, Ken (Carole) Wiesbrook of Naperville, Chuck Wiesbrook of Denver, Robert (Lisa) Wiesbrook, Aurora; sister-in-law Sue (Joe) Fuentes of Aurora and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was an active, lifelong parishioner of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Joliet and board member of Birthright of Joliet. Richards), he was a lifetime resident. William proudly served his country in the U.S. Army as a Private First Class.

He retired from Joliet Township High School after 32 years of service. Member of the American Legion Post 18, he was also a volunteer at Silver Cross Hospital. He was an avid fisherman, who loved to mushroom hunt, and enjoyed riding his motorcycle and cooking..
