P.M. J.M. Survey Retired Doctor Dr. James M. Surver, a re tired brain surgeon, died Fri day.

He was 61 and lived at 6435 Ridge ave. Dr. Surver attended the U. Military Academy at West Point and was graduated from Frank lin and Marshall College in 1939. He was a lieutenant com mander in the Navy during the Second World War.

Dr. Surver was graduated from Jefferson Medical School in 1943. He was on the staff, there and professor of tumor, surgery at Jefferson Medical! College until he retired in 1962. He was a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians and Surgeons. Surviving are his wife, Dr.

Elizabeth Zane King Deehan; and a stepson, S. James Deehan, 3d. JOHN T. BRUGGER, an architect for nearly 50 vears be fore he retired, died Tuesday at lown Court Nursing Center. He was 80 and lived at 1530 Locust st.

He was a graduate of Drexel Institute of Technology and Columbia University. Besides his wife, the former Alma C. Read, he survived bv a son, John a half- brother, William and two grandchildren. MRS. JAMES F.

ORR', a former Philadelphian, died Thursday at Muhlenberg Hos pital, Plain field, N. J. She was 51 and lived at 1206 Christain Circle, Scotch Plains, N. J. Mrs.

Orr was the former Dorothy R. Rogers. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy O. Vilece and Mrs.

S. consulate general here in which it was reported that "Quebec revolutionists" were en route to New York to avenge the death of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy was branded Friday as a probable hoax. Harrison W.

Burgess, acting consul general, said "I suspected the call was a crank or a hoax from the beginning. But given the nature of the call, I reported it to the authorities. Since then, we know nothing." He is survived by his wife, Lilly; two daughters, Mrs. Faye Sindler and Mrs. Irving Glass, manager of Gimbels center city store, and four grandchildren. Services will be at 10 A. M.

He was 58. Mr. Bergstrom, who had worked in the shop for seven years, was a member of LPIU Local 7-P of the Photoengravers and Lithographic Union. He was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
