1 Cops Hunt Postal Thieves Norcross said he was making a routine check of the building shortly before 5 a.m. when he found a screen torn off and a window broken. Norcross said he had checked the post office at 2:45 a.m. and found it in order. Thieves had apparently attempted to pry open a safe but were unsuccessful, he noted.

Because the interior was thoroughly ransacked, Norcross said he hadn't yet determined exactly what was Police today were searching for burglars who broke into the Sicklerville Post Office in Winslow Township early this morning, escaping with an undetermined amount of cash, check books and mail. The post office, located on Sicklerville Road in the Wins-low Crossings housing development, was ransacked, according to Winslow Ptl. Humphrey of Saratoga, N.Y., and Mrs. Marie J. Keating of Camden; two sons, Stephan Jr. and Joseph both at home; four sisters; four grandchildren, and six greatgrandchildren. Man Dies in Diner, Heart Attack Blamed An Elkins Park, Pa.

man was dead on arrival at Cherry Hill Medical Center shortly after 10 p.m. yesterday after being stricken with an apparent heart attack in Ponzio's Diner, Route 70. Abraham Ginn, 43, of 46 Township Line Road, was pronounced dead on arrival at 10:16 p.m. Ginn was in the diner when he complained of chest pains and the Cherry Hill ambulance was called. An autopsy was ordered later today by Camden County Medical Examier Blair M.

Murphy. NEW BRUNSWICK Ser-vices for R. Barry Koch, 24, of 57 Bishop formerly of Medford, will be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow in the A.S. Cole Funeral Home, N.

Main Cranbury, where friends may also call tonight. Mr. Koch, who obtained his bachelor of science degree this year from Rutgers University here, graduated from Lenape Regional High School, Medford Township, in 1966. He was a member of the school's championship golf team. Rev.

Oliver Cowles, pastor of the Rossmoor Community Church, will officiate at the funeral services. Burial will be in Ewing Cemetery, Trenton. Mr. Koch died Wednesday in the American Oncologic Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Philadelphia, he spent most of his life in Medford.

He was a member of the Zeta Psi fraternity at Rutgers and the Springs Golf Club. Surviving are his wife, Mary Beth; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest M. Koch of Rossmoor in Jamesburg; a sister and a brother.

He was a retired salesman for the Keebler Baking Philadelphia. Surviving are his wife Edna a daughter, Mrs. H. F. Hanthorn of Woodbury; two sons, Courtland E.

of Penn-sauken and Earl M. of Kansas City, a sister and six grandchildren. Memorial donations in his name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Rites Tomorrow For Mrs. Wright Services for Mrs.

Anna Louise Wright, 47, of Kettle Run Road, will be held tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. in the Harvey Brown Funeral Home, 10 W. Main Moorestown, where friends may call tonight from 7 to 9. Burial will be private. Mrs.

Wright died died Tuesday in Burlington County Memorial Hospital, Mt. Holly. She was a Moorestown resident for 22 years until last July. She was a U.S. Post Office Clerk in Moorestown for eight years.

Surviving are her husband, John E. two sons, John E. Jr. of Marlton and Thmoas J. at home; a daughter, Linda Ann, also at home; and two grandchildren.

NEW YORK (UPI) -Elmer Ho'tnes Bobst, a close friend of President Nixon, has donated a multimillion dollar building to New York University to be used as a library which eventually will become the largest open-stack reference center in the nation. Bobst, a pharmaceutical tycoon, gave $11 million for construction of the library and study center that bears his name and has been 10 years in the planning. The structure will be dedicated Saturday, Bobst's 88th birthday.

Bobst is a former president of the Warner-Lambert Co. and is still an active member of the pharmaceutical firm's executive committee.
