Louis Sloan, fine artist who teaches at the Pennsylvania Aademy of the Fine Arts, is former assistant restorer of art works at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and who is the recipient of many awards Including two Tiffany grants and a Guggenheim grant tor painting.
