Saturday, from the Wright and Ferguson Chapel. Interment will be in Lakewood Memorial Park. Mr. Clements, died Thursday morning at St. Dominic's Hospital after a illness of several months.

A native of Walcott, Arkansas, he lived his early life in Oklahoma City. He was associcated with the United Gas Pipe Line Company for 36 years, retiring as Pipe Line Superintendent for the Jackson District six years ago. He had been a resident of Ridgeland for a number of years where he was a member of the Optimist and Lions Club. Survivors include his wife the former, Lucille Martin, one son, Marcus Henry Clements, Shreveport; two grandchildren, Susan Elaine Clements, Marcus Wade Clements; two brothers, Dick: Clements, Oklahoma City John L. Clements, Washington State: and one sister, Mrs.

0. Myers, 67, a resident of 1661 St. Charles will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, from the Wright and Ferguson Chapel. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Myers died early Thursday night at the Mississippi Baptist Hospital. Mrs. Myers, was the former Velma Cargile of Smith County and had been a resident of Jackson for over 18 years. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, and was a retired kindergarten teacher.

Survivors include her husband, 0. 0. Myers, two sons, Olis Oacar Myers, Jackson, Altus Edwin Myers, Memphis, two sisters, Miss Tina 'Cargile and Mrs. Fred Still, both of Jackson and one brother. Heber Cargile, Dallas, Texas.

Mrs. Annie McNeil Funeral services for Mrs. Annie E. McNeal, 79, of Route 1. Jackson, will be held at 11 a.

m. Monday from Breeland Funeral Home Chapel, with interment to follow in the Corinth cemetery near Purvis. Mrs. McNeil died early day in Care Inn in Clinton after a long illness. She was a native of Lamar county and had lived in Jackson for the past 47 years.

She was a retired nurse and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by one son, James A. McNeill of Jackson; two daughters, Jaunita Harvey of Norfolk. Va.and Mrs. James Alford of Jackson; two sisters, Mrs.

Humer Memorial services for George C. Humer, 74, will be held at St. Andrew's Cathedral, Monday, Jan. 29, 3:30 p.m. His funeral was held in Cleveland, Ohio, where he had lived and worked for many years.

He had lived in Jackson for the past five months. Local survivors include Kenneth G. Humer, a son, 5415 Saratoga Dr. and four grandchildren. James Pearson Funeral services for James Albert Pearson, 77, of Rt.

4 Florence, will be conducted at 10 A. M. Saturday from Baldwin Funeral Home Chapel. Highway 80 East. Interment will follow in the Florence Cemetery.

Mr. Pearson died at Care Inn Nursing Home in Clinton Thursday. Born Conchatta, he had been a resident Florence since 1960. He attended College, was a Veteran of WWI, a member of the American Legion and a member of the Baptist Church of Florence. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.

Nannie P. Pearson, Florence: two daughters, Mrs. Mary Doris Smith, of Florence, Mrs. Dorothy Denmark. Jackson; one son, James E.

Dr. Brashier died late Thursday afternoon at a local nursing home after an extended illness. Survivors include his wife, the former, Annie Laurie Tinnin, of Meridian, whom he married August 11, 1918, one daughter, Mrs. R. W.

died Thursday night at the Mississippi Baptist Hospital. A native of Meridian, he had lived in Jackson for over 30 years. He was a member of Central Presbyterian Church where he served as a Deacon. He was a Mason and Shriner, being very active in the Shrine Chanters. He was associated with Evans Products.

Cratin officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Fraley died late Thursday evening at a local nursing home. She was a native of Hinds County and a former employee of the Chancery Office of the Dioceses of Natchez.

She is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Mary G. Hothan, Miss Avellion Greer, both of Jackson; one nephew, Mr. J. Hubert Greer of Jackson; three greatnephews, and one great-niece.

John W. Lollar Funeral services for John 1 W. Lollar, 41, 6026 Hanging Moss will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kimbro Funeral Home in Marks with burial in the Marks cemetery. Lollar was killed Thursday night when he apparently, lost control of his car hit a bridge abutment on the north frontage road of I-55 near Canton Club Dr.

He was alone at the time of the accident. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Naomi Lollar; three children: Laura Lynn, 18, Michael, 16, and Lynda Lea, 13: his mother, Mrs. J.B. Lollar, all of Jackson; a sister, Mrs.

I. L. Henry, one brother, James B. Lollar, both of Darling Pat Hardgrove Pat Hardgrove, 78, a resident of 625 Pennsylvania died Friday night at University Me- dical Center following injuries received Tuesday afternoon in a one-car accident on Street. Mr.

Hardgrove was a native of Kansas and had lived in Jackson since 1947. He was a veteran of World War a former major league baseball player with the Chicago White Sox, and an ardent golfer. At the time of his death he was an independent meat broker Company. He was a member of the Shady Oaks Country Club, a member of the Henry B. Williams American Legion Post No.

117, and was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. He is survived by one son, A. (Bud) Hardgrove of New Orleans: two daughters, Mrs. Josephine Bennett and Mrs.

Patricia H. Miller, both of Jackson; one granddaughter, Michele Wynn Hignett of West Germany; two great-grandsons, a niece and a nephew. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a. m. Monday from the Wright and Ferguson Chapel with the Rev.

J. Melvin Jones and O. H. Scott officiating. Following servies in Jackson the body will be sent to the Cochran Mortuary in Wichita, Kan.

at Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Hattiesburg. Burial services will be at 1 p.m. at the Wesson cemetery in Wesson. died Thursday at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. A native of McComb, she had lived in Hattiesburg for the past 22 years where she was associated with the city tax assessor's office.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hattiesburg. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Richard C. Turner 111, Jackson: one foster sister, Mrs. Durwood Britt, Baton Rouge, MAGNOLIA Walter Dickinson, 79, died in Memphis, Tenn where services and burial also took place.

A native of Pike county, and former resident of Magnolia, Mr. Dickinson is survived by his wife; a son; two daughbrother; a sister; also niece and nephew Mrs. Doris D. Colvin and Eddie Dickinson, both of Magnolia. GROVER McKENZIE MCCOMB Services for Grover Lee McKenzie, 65, were held in Hartman Chapel, and burial was in Greet cemetery near Jayess with Hartman Funeral Home in charge.

A resident of McComb, and native of Walthall county, Mr. McKenzie died in Southwest Mississippi General Hospital. Survivors are a son, Daniel Everett McKenzie, McComb; a brother, A. E. McKenzie, Zachary, a sister, Mrs.

at Oft Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Morton. Burial will be in the Hillsborough cemetery Scott County. He died Friday morning at Hinds General Hospital in Jackson following a lengthy illness. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Maude Stewart, Jackson; two daughters.

Sallie H. Wiggins, 83. will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday from Good Water Baptist Church near Raleigh Smith county. Burial will be in church cemetery.

She died Friday at the Baptist Hospital in Jackson following a short illness. native of Smith county, she had lived here for a number of years. Survivors include five sons: Hove Wiggins, Mendenhall: Otis and Nelson Wiggins, both of Crystal Springs, James Wiggins, Port Gibson; H. D. Wiggins, Magee; two daughters.

at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel. The body will be flown later Saturday to Kinzley Funeral Home in Salem, South Dakota for burial. She died Thursday when she was fatlally injured 1 by an automobile. She was born in Tulsa, Okla. and had lived in Vicksburg for years.

Survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Charles Helmsburger; five sisters, Patti, Janet, Donna, Louri, and Mary Jo Helmsburger; five brothers, Stephen, Joseph, Bob, Chuck and David Helmsburger; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Anton Gottlob, Salem, South Dakota; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs.

Joe Helmberger, Burke, South MERIDIAN Services for Stanford L. Avara, 88, were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Stephens FUneral Home. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. Avara died Tuesday in Florence, Ala.

A former resident of Meridian, he was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Wyatt Simpson Florence, one sister, Mrs. Nena Collins, Biloxi; and five grandchildren. MRS.

M. Estes of Enterprise: and brother, Graham Barbour of Shawnee, Okla. CLINTON WILKINSON GLOSTER Services for Clinton Wilkinson, 64. were held in New Zion Baptist church near Gloster, and burial was in Jacobs cemetery in Amite county with Brown Funeral Home in charge. Mr.

Wilkinson died of an apparent heart attack while on a hunting trip. Survivors are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Delores Turnage, Liberty; two brothers, Carl Wilkinson, McComb, Vernon Wilkinson, New Orleans, three sisters, Mrs. Verne Fonte, Zachary, Mrs. Bonnie Yarbrough, Greensburg, Mrs.

Marie Tate, Kentwood; two grandchildren. ANDREW GEORGE SUMMIT Services for Andrew George. 62, were held in Poole Funeral Home Chapel, Bogalusa, and burial was in Ponemah cemetery. A lifelong resident of Route 3, Summit, Mr. George died from injuries received in a tractor accident at his home.
