COURIER-POST, Camden, Police Seek Witnesses To Crash Cherry Hill police today continued their search for witnesses to a fatal accident Thursday morning on Rt. 70 at Cornell ave. Nicola Rubino, 34, of 2025 Berwick st. died in Cherry Hill Hospital at 10 a.m. yesterday.

He was a passenger in a car driven by Vincent Meloni, 38, of 375A Marlton according to police Lt. Eugene Dabrowski. Meloni and the driver of the other car involved, Joseph Munger, 22, of Locust and Main Marlton, were reported in fair condition in Cherry Hill Hospital. Dabrowski said a witness was needed to reconstruct the mishap. Requiem high Mass for Rubino will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.

in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 4th and Division sts. Friends will meet at 8 a.m. in the Troncone Funeral Home, 819 S. 4th where there will be a viewing Monday night. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill.

Mr. Rubino was employed as a welder for a RCA, Camden, and was a member of the First Italian Republican League of Camden. Surviving are his wife, Ruth; two sons, Nicola Jr. and John, and three daughters, Maria, Linda and Elizabeth at home; his mother, Mrs. Maria Rubino of Camden; three brothers, Joseph and Michael of Camden and of Haddon Heights, and sisters, Mrs.
