C2 THE COURIER-JOURNAL TV UPDATE in the is headed in a new direction this morning in the hunt for missing viewers after losing as much as 40 percent of its audience in the May ratings sweeps. have a morning show that is clearly not working as well as we want it said station general manager Bill Lamb in something of an understatement. The only local weekday morning show in Louisville that offered a format is switching to news and information starting today from 6 to 9 a.m. Staff members will remain in place, but will be taking on new roles. WAVE News update What happened after WAVE-TV told the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists union that its agreement with the news staffers had expired and the station was ending the contract last month?
