Some may think you are forgotten If by chance we seem to smile But they little know the heartache That the smile hides all the while Often times we hear you calling And see your smiling face. But you left us to remember No one else can take your place. We often sit and think of how you died To think you could not say goodbye Before you closed your eyes. They say time heals a broken heart, But. Mom, that isn't true.

For 3 long years, both night and day, Our heart still aches for you. Dear God, please take a message. To our Mother in heaven above Tell her that we miss her And send her all our love. Take her in Thine arms, dear Lord, And ever let her be messenger of love Between our hearts and Thee. Sadly missed by daughters Alice, Bert and Jo.
