Meyner Signs Bill To Aid Shore Road Trenton, July 17 (AP) Gov ernor Meyner has signed a bill aimed at improvement of a highway link between the Delaware Memorial Bridge and Atlantic Shore counties. The bridge, at the southern end of the New Jersey Turnpike, is a main artery of travel be tween New rjigland and the South. The bill sponsored by Sen. Waddington, Salem, adds about four miles of Wiley rd. in balem County, to the state high way system.

The stretch of road connects the bridge with Rt 48 leading to Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Putting it in the state highway system makes it eligible for Fed eral aid on a 50-50 matching basis. Meyner said the U. S. Bureau of Public Roads is wil ling to participate in improving the section.

Fisher Cove is located between the PRR tracks and what is known as Fishers Dike, north of the Rundle Manufacturing Co. plant.

The officers of the River De velopment Corp. are listed as Grafton B. Day, Collingswood, president; Philip B. Robeson, Camden realtor, vice president; Richard E. J.

Summers, New York City, treasurer, and George Moser, New York City, secretary. i Old Law Rejected In a decision by Judge Sidney Goldmann, the court ruled that River Development Corp. traced its title back to an lba law giv ine the United New Jersey Rail road and Canal Co. the right to develop tidal land along its right of way in Hudson, Union, Cam den, Middlesex, Mercer and Burl ington counties. But Goldmann said the land never had been developed by the United companies and this amounted to abandonment of the license given them by the Legis lature in 1869.

Edward J. O'Mara, attorney for the Pennsylvania Railroad, entered the case as a friend of the court after River Development lost its case in the chancery division of Superior Court last year.
