Lincoln Meyers Chapter of the American Medical Center at Denver, died Thursday at the University of Candidates Appear on TV Show By JOHN HILFERTY Inquirer Staff Writer The two major Democratic candidates for U.S. Senate said Friday that they oppose the use of busing as a means of achieving racial balance in the nation's schools. But while both Herbert S. Denenberg, former state insurance commissioner, and Pittsburgh Mayor Peter Flaherty were on the same side of the busing issue, they differed slightly on amnesty for young men who refused to serve in the Vietnam war. Flaherty, Denenberg, and the two other Democratic candidates the Rev.

Frank Mesaros of Harrisburg and former United States Rep. James M. Quigley of Camp Hill answered questions on the KYW-TV Marciarose show. But it's still a tool to be considered." Mr. Mesaros said the busing issue pointed out that the educational system needed changing in general.
