He was a salesman for Sysco Corporation and a former manager of Outlook Inn. He was a member of Bonnie Castle Club, the Elks Club in Pinellas Par Field, FL, and a graduate of Waggener High School. He is survived by a sister, Linda Bridgers; rot er, Step en A ll en Bentley; and nieces and nephews, Stephanie Bentley Lucas, Bridget Ann Bentley, Megan A. Bridgers and Brian R. Bridgers.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Bookstein, a daughter, Patricia Gail Bookstein, and a son, Ivan Dale Loch. Cremation has been entrusted to Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort A venue. BOUCHARD, LOLA 78 of Louis- ille, passed away Friday, May 6, 2005. She was a native Nelsonville, KY, a retired office worker for Spaldings Cleaners, a member of VFW Post 6182 Auxiliary, International Bowling Congress and the Red Hat Society, and a former bowling instructor for youth bowling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bouchard and her brothers, Ernest L. Waters Jr. and John Waters. Survivors include her sons, Charles III (Carol A nn) and John Bouchard (Joyce); her daughter, Janet Wright; sisters, Virginia Maupin, Vivian Crady, Margaret Frazier and Betty Harrington; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and three great-great- grandchildren. Visitation will be from noon-9 p.m. Wednesday. BRUNDIGE, RAY HUTCHINS, 93, of Louisville died Sunday at Baptist Hospital East following a brie illness. He was born October 13, 1911, in Hancoc County, OH, the son Ira Nathaniel and Mar Etta Hutchins Brundige. He was a graduate the University Michigan with an engineering degree and a World War II veteran, having served in the 6th Army as a lieutenant colonel.

Mr. Brundige enjoyed a lifelong executive career in the trucking industry and as the owner of Kentucky Transport Corporation. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 ears, Mary Ruth Sollars Brundige in 1997. Survivors include his sister, Lucile Bird Findlay, OH; sister- in-law, Edith Moorcroft of Berkley, MI; children, Jan Thomas (Roger) of Columbia, MD, Kay Bower (Jim) of Garden Ridge, TX, Ray Brundige Jr. (Cindy) of Louisville and Lisa Friedlander (Eric) of Lexington, KY; three grandchildren, Elaine Bailey Tucson, AZ, Nathaniel Brundige of Louisville and Annie Williams Lexington; two great- grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

DODD, CANDACE J. FRESHLEY, CANDY," 46, of Frankfort, died Saturda along with her husband, Greg Dodd, at Frankfort Regional Medical Center after injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was a native Louisville and a registered nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mar Freshley. She is survived by her brother, Joe Freshle (Doris), and nieces, Sarah and Katie Freshley.

EVANS, LEONORA DONOVAN 99, of Louis- ille, passed awa peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, May 7, 2005, at Meadowvie Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 15, 1905, at Mill in Scott County, KY, the 5th child of Charles W. and A nnie Owens Donov an. She graduated from Midway High School in 1923 and the University of Kentuck in 1927. Nody went to Ne ork City where she orked as the college registrar for Brooklyn Polytechnical College and later Brooklyn Cit College.

She married Hugh Gibson Evans Elmira, NY, in 1929. They shared 67 years together having lived in New York, Florida and Kentucky. Nody was active in the United Methodist Church, organizations and choirs, the PTA and the WCA. She enjoyed playing bridge, knitting and corresponding with friends. She as an avid UK Wildcats fan.

Nody is best remembered as a friend and encourager to all she met, but especially to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her husband, Hugh, her son, Evan Richard, and her grandsons, Evan Michael Evans, Richard Hugh Evans and Hugh Thomas Evans, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Gertrude Elizabeth Sewell; son-in-law, Philip H. Sewell; grandchildren, Mar Edward Evans, Jeanne Elizabeth Evans, Philip H. Sewell II (Kathleen) and Elizabeth Sewell Schndeider (Chris); and 11 great-grandchildren.

FAITH, MICHAEL GLENN 43 Louisville, passed awa Saturday, May 7, 2005, in the care of his father and stepmother, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a native Louisville and self- employed. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sonya Faith, and his grandparents, Hubert Faith, Georgia Gay and Richard and Lillie McAlister. He is survived by his children, Michael and Michelle Faith Tampa, FL; father and stepmother, Marlin and Janice Faith; mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Don Merideth; sister, Linda Quire (David); brother, David Faith (Kelly); stepsister, Lorie Turner; stepbrothers, Michael and David Merideth; uncle and aunt, Robert and Ginn Faith; and an aunt, Debbie Copeland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host friends.
