F. Callaghan, Advertising Aide Phillip F. Callaghan, advertising and public relations manager of General Refractories 1520 Locust died Tuesday in Burlington County Memorial Hospital. He was 62 and lived at 446 Elm Haddonfield, N.J. Mr.

Callaghan joined General Refractories in 1934 as a salesman and was formerly manager of distributor sales. He was a licensed marine and steam engineer. Surviving are his wife, the for mer Gladys N. Neall; two sons, David and Douglas; a sister, Miss Marjorie Callahan, and two grandchildren Services will be held at 11 A. M.

Klein, Health Worker Mrs. Alfred M. Klein, an active worker in the field of mental health, died Wednesday in Allegheny County Hospital, Pittsburgh. She resided at the gjjjj Park House, Elkins Park. Mrs.

Klein was stricken while attending a convention of the Pennsylvania Mental Health Association, at which she was heading several seminars. RECEIVED AWARD A widow, Mrs. Klein was the former Angela Bamberger. Her husband had been a prominent newspaperman and attorney who had served at one time on the State Boxing Commission. Two years ago, Mrsv Klein received the annual award of V16 Pennsylvania Mental Health association ior aireciing a two- year study on "Documented Critical Shortages of Facilities and Services." From 1952 to 1963.

she served as chairman of the Mayor's Children Advisory Committee for the Department of Welfare. She was also a former chairman of the children's division of the Health and Welfare Council and former chairman of the children's budget section of the United Fund.
