A graduate of Roman Catholic High School and Temple University, he was a past national delegate for the Republican Party and former vice chairman of the Philadelphia Republican City Committee. He was a member of the Electoral College in 1956.

He is survived by his wife, the former Helena Rubillo, and a son, John J. Services will be at 7 P. M. Ryan ave. Dr.

Sugint was a at St. Luke's Medical Center. College in 1936 and later was a captain in the U. S. Air Force Medical Corps.

Surviving are his wife, the former Elneanor Patkus; two sons, Robert and Felix a daughter, Phyllis; a brother, Alphonse, and a sister, Mrs. Helen Kairaitis. MRS. AG ATA VACCA, the former Agata DiGregrio, died Wednesday at the Morris Manor Nursing home. She was 83 and lived at 1300 Midland rd, Conshohocken.
