He lived at 2811 Unruh ave. Mr. Beck was connected with the administration of many hospitals during his career, including Fitzgerald Mercy, Albert Einstein Medical Center, Southern Division; Philadephia General and Central State, Petersburg, Va. A graduate of St. Joseph's prep School and College, he was the immediate past president of the Philadelphia Conference of Catholic Health Care Facilities.

Mr. Beck is survived by his wife, the former Marie Clark; a son, Carroll H. Beck 3d; three daughters, Marie, Betty Anne and Teresa, and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Frebtzen. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 A.
