She was a member of Seymour Christ Clampitt Temple. She had worked at Nolt-ing's IGA and retired after 15 years from Jay Foods Plus. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and her flowers. Her greatest enjoyment and love was her family. Born March 21, 1926, in Jackson County, she was the daughter of Jim and Delia Alexander Jaynes, both of whom preceded her in death.

On April 29, 1998, she married Albert Clampitt in Illinois. Survivors include her husband; daughter, Judy Kay Trapp Hunni-cutt Woodson; son, James (Joan) Bode; stepchildren, Bonnie (Kenny) England, Sharon (Claude) Bowers and Kenny Jo (Terri) Clampitt; grandchildren, Kimba (Chester) Applegate and John (Jeni) Hunnicutt; step-grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris) Voss, Dana Freese, Kelsey Bowers, Larry Joe Jan. 6, 1948 Larry Joe Pilman Sr. passed away Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at Kindred-Jewish Hospital, Louisville, Ky.

Mr. Pilman was a 1966 graduate of Brownstown Central High School. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1966 to 1969. He lived in Minneapolis, for 25 years before returning to Jackson County in 1995.

He was the son of James Delbert and Bertha Mae Carson Pilman, both of whom preceded him in death. Survivors include four sons, Larry Joe Pilman Michael Daniel Pilman, Mark Thad-deaus Pilman and Robert Allen Jenest, all of Minnesota; a twin brother, Jerry (Sharon) East Tipton Street area, 3:39 p.m. Wednesday.
