B.M.Cockrill Dies; Rites Saturday SCOTTSDALE-B. Mark Cockrill, 68, owner of Mark Cockrill Enterprises, 217 S. Hinton, died yesterday in a Phoenix hospital. Mr. Cockrill was chairman of the fund-raising drive to build the Scottsdale Boys Club and was of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce in 1959.

He had developed real estate and planned water systems for Arizona towns. He was developer of an industrial area at Second Street and Hinton. He planned sewage treatment plants and water systems in Kingman, Tolleson, Mesa, Somerton and at Turf Paradise. Mr. Cockrill was graduated from Mississippi with a degree in engineering.

He moved to Arizona 22 years ago and had resided in Scottsdale the past 10 years at 8520 E. McDonald Drive. He was born in Jackson, Tenn. He had served on the architectural board of the Scottsdale Town Council from 1958 to 1965 Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow in Messinger Mortuary, 515 E.

Indian School Mass of Requiem will be sung at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 101 S. Miller. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Phoenix.

Friends may call at the mortuary after 7 p.m. today. Survivors include his wife, Virginia two sons, Mark H. in Hawaii and Stephen G. of Scottsdale; three daughters, Melinda of Scottsdale, Mrs.

Joseph's Hospital. He was 54. Croaff, of 2514 N. Eighth was born in Roanoke, and came to Phoenix in 1915. He attended Phoenix Union High School and was graduated in 1935.

He attended Phoenix College and ivas graduated from Arizona State University in 1945 with a B.A. in education. Two years later he received a master's degree from ASU in education. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1942 and to tions Club. to the Scottsdale Boys Fount M.

Barksclale THOMAS CROAFF JR. Services Tomorrow Jeanne Dann Services for Mrs. Jeanne S. Dann, 27, will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in A.

L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Mrs. Dann, 4501 N.

Second died Tuesday in Good Samaritan Hospital after being injured in an auto accident here April 3. Mrs. Dann was graduated from the University of Indiana. Born in Minneapolis, she moved to Phoenix in July 1966 from Boston. Survivors include her husband, B.

Michael Dann; two children, Michelle and Bryan, all of Phoe- TOLLESON Fount nix; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1948. Croaff was a Democratic precinct committeeman in the North High School district for 10 years and was elected to the post of presidential elector three times, in 1956, 1960 and 1964.

He was an unsuccessfu candidate for Maricopa County Superior Court Judge in 1950 failed in a bid for the Arizona Senate from Maricopa in 1962, and lost a campaign I win a Corporation Commission seat last year. A Navy veteran of World Wa II, Croaff was a past command er of the Sunnyslope Post of th American Legion; past presi ent of the Fraternal Order agles, Glendale; past pres "lub; and past inspector gen- ral for the Rosicrucian Order- iMORC. Surviving are his mother, vlrs. Thomas J. Croaff and a brother, Vernon B.

Croaff, ioth of Phoenix. His father, rvho died in 1950, was a Super- or Court judge. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at A. L.

Woolery, 64, a resident of Phoenix seven Barksdale, 68, who was an em- ploye of the city hall and fire department here, died Tuesday in a Phoenix hospital. Mr. Barksdale, 9306 W. Washington, was an Army veteran of World War I and a Disabled American Veteran member. Born in Mississippi, he came to Arizona 22 years ago from Memphis, Tenn.

Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in A. L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 33 W. Adams, Phoenix.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Era; a daughter, Mrs. Jean E. Chapman of Tolleson; a brother out of state; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. "rayton Schwestka of Michigan City, and a sister in Indianapolis.

Burial will be in Desert Lawn Memorial Park. He was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and he and his family moved to Wellton six years ago. He was a student for the past three years at the Wellton Eelementary School. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs.

He was born in Goldthwaite, Tex. He is survived by his wife, Sophie; one son, Wilsie of Midland City; one daughter, Mrs. Alene Williamson of Little Acres; two brothers and four sisters out of state; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
