FLORIDA TODAY 6B THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2005 REBECCA ADAMS CAPE CANAVERAL LINDA BENAY HESS MELBOURNE BEACH JUDY ADAMS ROCKLEDGE After a courageous battle with cancer, our mom, Judy The Bread Lady" Adams, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oc tober 30, 2005, while surrounded by her loving family. She was a longtime resident of Rockledge and was affectionately known as the "Bread Mom always put the needs of others before her own. She was the greatest mom and grandma the world has ever known. Mom attended Calvary Chapel of Merritt Island and enjoyed the women's Bible Study. She will be sorely missed by family and friends and will be forever in our hearts.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ward and Liz Adams of Austin, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Jay Winkler and her grandsons, Skyler and Taylor Winkler, all of Tallahassee; and son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Ellen Adams and her granddaughters, Aubrey and Mallory Adams, all of Merritt Island. A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Chapel, 3500 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island on Saturday, November 5, 2005, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Lung Association, 412 S. THERESA ELLIS MECHANICSVILLE, MD Mrs. Theresa (Terry) M. Ellis, formally of Melbourne passed away Friday October 21 2005. She had been a resident of St. Mary's Nursing Home.

She was the daughter of Giovanni and Filomena Greco. She was born on June 15, 1919 in West Virginia. Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by her husband, George She is survived by four sons, James, Gene, John and Rick Dottellis; two sisters, Mary Medina of Spelter, WVA and Rose Martin of Franklin, NC. She had ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1 1 a.m., Saturday, November 5th, at Fountainhead Memorial Park. GARLAND RUSSELL COCOA Garland R. Russell, 81 of Cocoa died Tuesday, November 1,2005. Romanosky, 80, passed away Tuesday, November 1 2005, at home. She was born in Webster, PA and had lived in Brevard County for the past six years. Maryann is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Joseph P.

Romanosky, children, Joseph P. Romanosky James Romanosky, Jeffrey Romanosky, Jan Romanosky and Jill Schwahl; fourteen grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren. VEITA DANKERT PALM BAY Veita M. Dankert of Palm Bay, 84, passed away on Tuesday, November 1 2005, at Florida Hospital in Orlando.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Andrew Dankert and son, Larry Michael Dankert. She is survived by her children, Judith Rhodes of Rockledge, Ronald Dankert of Palm Bay, Melvin Dankert of Indialan-tic, Bruce Dankert of Georgia, Wendy Chambers of Georgia, Dennis Dankert of Melbourne, Jeffery Dankert of Palm Bay Jerri Dankert of Melbourne, and Cindy Nowlin of Palm Bay; Twelve grandchildren; and eight great- grandchildren. With deep regret we announce the passing of Linda Hess; a beloved wife, daughter, mother and grandmother on Tuesday, November 1 2005. Born August 13, 1936 in Seven Valleys, PA in her parents' home.

She attended elementary school in a two-room school house in Seven Valleys, graduated from Spring Grove High School in 1954, and graduated as a Medical Technician from Temple University, Philadelphia PA 1957. Linda founded the York Hospital Blood Bank where she worked for 39 years until retirement in 1996. Linda and her husband, Don, resided in York, PA until 1997 when they moved to Melbourne Beach, Florida. She is survived by her mother, Anna Jane Krebs Deveney; husband Donald Hess; children, Lizabeth Ann Deveney Cassella and Steven Craig Deveney; step-daughter, Pamela Hess Manley; grandchildren, Camille Giovanna Cassella, Erika Benay Cassella and Kain Alessandro Cassella; and step-grandchildren, Grant Raymond Manley and Casey Bert Manley. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Seven Valleys, PA, where she played the organ and piano for many years and was a member of the junior choir.

Linda loved doing counted cross stitch and made numerous gifts for her grandchildren and friends. She and Don were avid Bridge players and Linda enjoyed the Aquarina Red Hat club. Linda was a warm and generous woman who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be held at 1 1 a.m., Saturday, November 5, 2005, at Chapel By the Sea, 8240 S. Highway A1 Melbourne Beach, Florida.

JAMES STALDER PALM BAY James R. Stalder, 80, passed away Tuesday, November 1 2005, at his residence. Mr. Stalder was bom in Union County, Ohio.

He retired as an electrical supervisor for Ohio Edison in Stratton, OH after 40 years. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a member of Palm Bay BPOE Elks Lodge 2766, Ruritan of Gilford Lake, Ohio, Mt. Carmel, Ohio Masonic Lodge and the Palm Bay Community Hospital Auxiliary. Mr.

Stalder is survived by his wife of 58 years, Phyllis Stalder of Palm Bay; daughters, Pam (Tom) Leek of Daytona Beach and Nance (Billy) McAllister of Palm Bay; grandchildren, Tom and Michelle, Lance and Michelle, Dustin and Tracy, Kirk and Angie and Bart; greatgrandchildren, Alexandria, Tyler, Sarah, Tristan and Abigail; and a sister, Anne DeWitt. Services will be held at 6 p.m., Saturday, November 5th, at South Brevard Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Rebecca C. "Becky" Adams, 90, passed away on Tuesday, November 1 2005, in Merritt Island. Born on June 24, 1915 in Galesburg, IL, Becky graduated from the University of Illinois with a teaching degree. She became a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority and has continued to remain active with her local chapter ever since. She raised her family in Chicago, IL and Hamilton, OH prior to retiring to Cape Canaveral in 1 975.

Those lucky enough to know Becky would certainly consider her a dear and honest friend. Her two favorite verbs were love and help. She considered friendship and honesty paramount and she never met a stranger. To Becky, a stranger was merely a riend she had not met yet. The family would like those who knew Becky to always have happy memories when they think of her.

Her survivors include two sons, Burt and Norm; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Becky was a member of the Riverside Presbyterian Church, Cocoa Beach for the 30 years she lived in Brevard County. A Memorial Service will be held at her church on Friday, November 4, 2005 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice. Becky was a special lady and truly will be missed by her family and friends.

Grace was a 25 year member of the Pinehurst Congregational Church and past Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, both in Billerica, MA. She is survived by her daughters, Dorothy (Robert) Barry of Rockledge, FL, Grace (Dan) Calileo of Wolfeboro, NH, Joan (George) Lesnett of St. Augustine, Barbara Young of Cape Canaveral, Rosaline (Bill) Plagg of St.

Augustine; sons, Harry (Louise) Martell of Pinehurst, MA, Kenneth (Joan) Martell of Groton, NH, William Martell of Plum Island, MA, Fred (Cindy) Martell of Hollis, NH, and Alan (Dawn) Martell of Merritt Island; 48 grandchildren; 88 greatgrandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Grace was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Harry Martell and son, Ronald F. Martell. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, November 5th, at the Beckman Williamson Funeral Home Viera. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

2. Arrangements by Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home in Palm Bay. ROBERT WHITE, Sr. TITUSVILLE Robert A. White, passed away Tuesday, November 1 2005, at his son's home in Titusville, FL He was born in North Lewisburg, Ohio on March 15, 1902.

He retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years service and many interesting assignments. When he was promoted to Chief Radioman, he was the youngest Chief Radioman in the Navy at the time. In 1 939 he transferred to the Fleet Reserve and accepted a civil service position with the CAA which later became Federal Aviation Administration. His first assignment was in Tampa, FL and then 19 years in Vero Beach, FL.

From there he went to the Virgin Islands for three years, then he retired in Miami after 24 years of service. He moved to Holly Hill, FL and spent his summers in Camden, Maine and winters in Florida. Mr. White is survived by his son, Robert A. White, Jr.

and wife, Peggy; grandchildren, Deborah Counts of Titusville, Michael White and wife, Sylvie of Key Largo, Sandra Clinger and husband Barry of Titusville, Hoke Johnson, III of Los Gatos, CA and Kathy Nicastro and husband, Tim of Ormond Beach; step-daughters, Elizabeth Grant and husband Gil of Northport, Maine and Carolyn Small of Portland Camden, Maine; grandchildren, Debbie Grant of Wauwatosa, Wl and Douglas Grant of Seattle, WA; and eight great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ruth Lufkin White of Rockland, Maine and second wife, Harriet Johnson White of Camden, Maine. Branham, (deceased on October 7, 2004), to whom she was married for 52 years, went home to Jesus on Tuesday, November 1 2005, from her current home in Orlando, FL Mrs.

Branham was the daughter of Millard Lee Crowell and Zuma Mae Bridges Crowell and was born in Winter Haven, FL on January 28, 1934. She was the beloved mother of Sharia Jeanne Branham Jackson of Port St. John, FL, Connie Gale Branham-Areizaga of Orlando, FL and Cynthia Lee Branham of Titusville, FL. Mrs. Branham is also survived by 1 1 granddaughters; five great-granddaughters; and three great-grandsons.

Her sisters, Evelyn Hayes, Margaret Williford and Annette Groover, reside in the Winter Haven area. Mrs. Branham received an A.A. degree from Brevard Community College and was a licensed real estate agent. She was a front end manager at J.M., Fields Department Store in Melbourne, FL in the 1970's and worked as a computer specialist at Person Person Accounting in Indian Harbour Beach in the 1980's.

Mrs. Branham was baptized at Lake Region Baptist Church in Winter Haven and was a member of Northland: A Church distributed in Longwood at the time of her passing.
