In November of last year, he had received the highest order of the Russian Orthodox Church, being mitred with the order of Right Reverend Arch Priest. PAUL V. JONES, a retired salesman, died Wednesday at Presbyterian Hospital. He was 67 and lived at the Fairfax Apartments, 43d and Locust sts. Mr. Jones retired in 1958 from the Veeder-Root of Hartford, computing equipment manufacturers.

He worked for the Edwin H. Fitler Devereaux and Milnor cordage makers, for 20 years before joining the Hartford concern i in 1951. He was a Navy veteran of the First World War. He is sur. vived by his wife, the former Lillian Grubbs.

LUTHER E. WICKERSHAM, a retired civil engineer, died Tuesday at Lankenau Hospital. He was 72. Mr. Wickersham lived at 418 Holly lane, Wynnewood.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he was employed by the American Water Works Service Co. for 26 years until his retirement in 1956. Prior to that he was employed by the State Department of Health for 14 years.
