Seymour Pictures of Peterson Garage Fire on Television While the flames roared through Peterson's garage, James Sevmour shot 300 feet of color film, getting a complete picture story.

WGN had some of his pictures on television Channel 9 the next night at Debus was -still smoking when the first 100 feet of his film was put aboard a -train to Chicago where a courier from Eastman Co. met the train and rushed the film to their laboratory for processing, then it was edited at WGN studios. This is the sixth time that WGN has shown on television pictures by Mr. Seymour, who is official Mc Henry county fire photographer. He is at every major fire through out the county shooting pictures in color for the National Board of Fire Underwriters in New York, which uses them for safety movies.

Audio Productions a motion picture company in New York, has also made complete movies from ins pictures. Either one of these com panies will make a complete film of the Peterson fire. Mr. Seymour shoots 7000 feet of 10 mm mm every year, mom color. Taking pictures has been his hobby since small boyhood.
