Cerny was a resident of Chicago for sixtythree years. His death severs one link of a relationship consitsing of five generations. He is mourned by his wife, two sons, three daughters, forty-three grandchildren and thirty five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Interment was held at St Adelbert's Cemetery in Chicago on Saturday. F.

The transfer was made this week by Erwin LeGros. Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Radous and daughters Lillian and Anna and son Joseph Jr.

W. Petrie returned last Wednesday after spending a week with her aunt and uncle. Mr. and Mrs. Titon Lower of Pullman, Mich.

While there Mrs. Petrie accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Lower and several cousins to a wedding at Albion, Michigan. A short way out of Pullman however, the car they were riding in, a Hudson Coach, skidded and toppled over into the ditch.

Though it is a miracle, the six occupants were none of them seriously injured except for a few scratches and being shaken up. The car was practically demolished. Mrs. Petrie is the wife of the Resident Engineer of the Ill. State Highway Commission.
