HERRON SHARPSVILLE -(Tribune Area Special)-Mrs. Sarah T. Herron, 79, 'died at 10 p.m. Saturday in the Tipton County Hospital, an illness of one year. She was born in Friendsville, May 12, 1855, to George E.

Lodaska (Swing) Lee. anshe was married Oct. 28, 1892, to George W. Herron, whose death occurred Oct. 12, 1937.

She was a member of the Sharpsville Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star. She attended Swingtown school. Surviving are three children, Ralph, H. Mt. Herron, Morris, Atlanta, and Mrs.

Edna Smith, Saginaw, one brother, John Ed Lee of Arcadia: half brother, Silas H. Grayson of Sharpsville: four grandchildren, and four great-! grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at p.m. Tuesday at the Warner Home in Sharpsville, with the Rev. Clarence Cook officiating.

Burial will follow in Sharpsville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday morning. The family requests that; flowers be omitted and contributions be made to the Cancer Fund. MRS. RUTH REVOLT Mrs.

Ruth Revolt, 40, died Sat- urday in Greenwood, where she went two weeks ago for medical treatment after a stay in the Bluffton Clinic. Mr. and Mrs. Revolt lived in the Washington Trailer Camp, North Washington St. Surviving are the husband, Paul; one brother.

John W. Richards and sister, Lidabella Murphy. both of Chicago. Mrs. Revolt was employed at the Delco Radio.

The body was brought to the Ellers Funeral Home where services will be held in the chapel at. p. m. Tuesday. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Cage, 65, died unexpectedly at 11:30 a.m. Sunday at his home, W. Elm St. He had been in ill health for the past two years of a coronary condi-! Lion but had seemingly improved! and was able to assist in the management of his business. Born Nov.

13, 1888, on a farm near Sharpsville, he was the son of Benjamin F. and Anna Petty Cage. GUGLE W. Gugle, 71, 803 N. Harley Courtland died at 9:35 p. Saturday at the St. Joseph Hospital He had been a resident of komo five years and was a ed employe of the Boston store.

The deceased was born Aug. 1882 at Clymers, the son John and Mary (Smith) Gugle. July 1946 he married Mrs. Leota Horton. Surviving with the widow are stepson.

Paul Horton; a sister. Mrs. Gertrude Baines, this city and two brothers, James Gugle and William Waits of Logansport, also one grandson. Mr. Gugle was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints and of the IOOF and Rebekah lodges.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Peacock Funeral Home in charge lof Elder Marvin Torrie assisted by Elder B. Clark. Burial will in Crown Point Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 m. Tuesday. MRS. HANNAH M. KEEGAN Mrs.

Hannah M. Keegan, 86. widow of Lawrence Keegan Sr. and a resident of 822 E. Faile Ave died at 6:20 p.m.

Sunday ati the St. Joseph Hospital. She had! been seriously ill for a week with a complication of disorders. A native of Cork. Ireland, where she was born March 3, 1868, Mrs.

Keegan had lived in Kokomo 65 years. Her parents were Cornelius and Mary O'Hara. At the age of 20 years she came to America, living at New Albany, for a short time before coming to Kokomo. She and the deceased husband were married July 1, 1888. Mr.

Keegan was one of the early day employes of the old: plate glass industry here. For al number of years Mrs. Keegan crated a bakery adjoining her home. She was a devout member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and its Rosary Society and of the Women's Catholic Order of Foresters.

Surviving are a daughter, Julia, Mrs Charles Leer and two Edward and Lawrence Keegan, all of Kokomo; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Shaffrey, also of this city: 11 grandchildren, one of whom is! Sister convent at Colette, in the There St. Joseph: Tipton. great -grandchildren. The husband, a daughter, Mary! Pifer and two sons, William and Thomas, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted with a solemn high mass at 10 a. m. Thursday in St. Joan of Arc Church with the Rev. Francis Niesen officiating.

Burial will be in Crown Point Cemetery. The body will be taken from the Ellers Mortuary to the late resi-! dence where friends may call after 7 p.m. Tuesday and where the Rosary will be said at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday. ROBERT A.

CROOK TIPTON (Tribune Area Special) -Robert A. Crook, 72, 739 N. Main died suddenly at 6:30 a.m.; Monday at the Oaks Manufacturing Company factory where he was: employed. The body was taken 1 to the Leatherman-Morris Funeral Home friends may call Monday, and Tuesday. On Wednesday it will be taken to Missouri, the former home of the deceased, for the funeral and burial near Doniphan.

Mr. Crook was born Aug. 1, 1881 in Missouri. He came to Tipton in 1942 and had been employed by the Oaks company 10 years. He was a member of the Baptist Aug.

23, 1922 he married Mrs. Oma Murray who surives. Hei leaves also a son, Arvin Crook, in Illinois; three stepchildren, Mrs. Cletus James. Mrs.

Harold Gren-! stead and Charles Murray, all of Tipton: eight grandchildren, two brothers and a sister living in Missouri. He was the manager of the Ko-2 komo Speedettes, a girls softball team, for three years during which time they won the State Championship in 1947 and 1948.

He was married to Roxie Collins Feb. 8, 1910. The widow survives with two sons, Ivan F. and Donivan R. Cage, both of Kokomo.

One son died in infancy. There are al-! so eight grandchildren, three bro-! thers and two' sisters. Surviving brothers are William H. Cage. Lynn, Ulysses R.

Cage of Tipton and Roma T. Cage, of Sharpsville. Sisters surviving are Mrs. Ruth Reynolds of Wabash and Mrs. Hazel Redrup of Huntington.

He leaves several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Fenn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Chester Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Green Cemetery at Sharpsville.

Friends may call at; the funeral home after 6 p.m. Mon-1' day. MRS. C. F.

KAHRE Mrs. C. Kahre, 88, who spent a year with her daughter, Mrs. Laura Shewmon, in Kokomo and made many friends while living here, died at 11 p. m.

Saturday; at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Esther Bollmer, Vincennes. Mrs. Kahre's husband, Charles Kahre, died in 1933 in Bicknell, and since that time Mrs. Kahre had made her home with her children.

Other surviving children are a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Wilson of Gary: three sons. Dr. Raymond: Kahre of Peru, Elmer Kahre of Sandborn, and Carl Kahre of Birmingham, Ala. Nine children and six survive also.

Mr. and Mrs. Kahre lived on a near Bicknell many years. The body was taken to the McClure Funeral Home in Bicknell. Services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the Bethel Evangelical Church at Freelandville.

Mildred Mullen, 43, wife Louis Mullen, died at St. Petersburg, at 2:45 a. m. Sunday. Mrs.

Mullen had moved to Florida last summer from Oakdale cause of her health. She had been a resident of Howard County from birth. Born July 10, 1911, the deceasled was the daughter of Andrew and Mary Elizabeth Prather. She married Louis Mullen July 4, 1934. He survives.
