Beck, 50, a sales specialist, died Saturday at Shore Memorial Hospital, Somers Point. A resident of Cherry Hill and Mar- gate, he was born in Brooklyn and was a 1969 graduate of Hunter College in Brooklyn. Mr.

Beck was a senior magnetic resonance imaging sales specialist for Picker International in Trevose, Pa. for the last four years. He previ- ously worked in sales and market- ing management for General Electric in Philadelphia for about a decade. He was a member of Temple Beth Shalom in Cherry Hill. He is survived by his wife of 29 'years, Marcia Rosenberg Beck; a daughter, Elana; two sons, Edward and Adam; his mother, Evelyn Gar-f inkle Schuman; and two sisters, Phyllis Farber and Joan Lubar.

Services were held Sunday under the direction of Piatt Memorial Chapels Cherry Hill. Burial was in Crescent Burial Park, Pennsauken. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. ROSENTHAL ROSE, 84, of Harrlsburg, formerly of died Aug. 24, 1997, in Harrlsburg.

Joan Doose Former practical nurse, 75 Joan Rowe Doose, 75, a practical nurse early in her life, died Aug. 16 at her Pennsauken home. Doose was born in Sidney, Australia, where she worked as a practical nurse before coming to the United States in 1946. She was a member of the Martin Luther Chapel in Pennsauken. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, H.

Werner; a son and a daughter-in-law, John W. and Barbara; and two granddaughters. She was the mpther of the late Mark A. Services were last Tuesday under the direction of Stephenson-Brown Funeral Home, Merchantville. Burial was in Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.

James M. Ferguson Retired technician, 72 McCloy Ferguson, 72, a retired electronics technician, died Thursday at his Shamong home. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he lived in Mount Laurel and Southampton before moving to Shamong three years ago, Mr. Ferguson was an electronics technician with the federal Aviation Administration at the Philadelphia International Airport for 30 years before retiring in 1987. He was a World War II Navy veteran serving on a destroyer in the Pacific theater.

He enjoyed woodworking, including furniture making. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Marion Mattocks Ferguson; a son, Dean; three daughters, Linda Denise Merendiho, and Jackie Traino; and nine grandchildren. Friends may call from 11 a.m. today at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Mount Laurel, where funeral services will begin at noon. Burial will be in the Brig.

Joseph W. Salit Former real estate lawyer, 83 Joseph William Salit, 83, a lawyer specializing in real estate law, died Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden. A Cherry Hill resident for the last 40 years, he was born and raised in Camden and was a graduate of Camden High School. He was president of Joseph W. Salit Law Offices in Cherry Hill until retiring 11 years ago.

He also had been the president and founder of Town and Country Realty Abstract in Cherry Hill, Real Estate in Pennsauken, and Academy Realty in Cherry Hill. He founded the Cherry Travel Agency in Cherry Hill and Tours, also in Cherry Hill. He had served as president of the Arrow Insurance Co. in Pennsauken. During World War II, he was an officer on the Camden County Price Stablization Board and received a letter of commendation from President Franklin D.

Roosevelt. He was a member of the Sons of Israel Synagogue in Cherry Hill, the New Jersey Bar Association, Miz-pah-Haddon Heights Lodge 191 Free and Accepted Masons, and the Epsi-lon Chapter of Sigma Alpha Rho Fraternity. He was a graduate of Rutgers University in 1936 and the South' Jersey Law School in Camden in 1938. He is survived by his Wife of 42 years, Real Lafferty Salit; and a sister, Mildred Jarrett. Funeral services were private under the direction of Schetter Funeral Home, Cherry Hill.
