eve. from 7 to 9 PJW. Obituary T. McGuigan; killed in crash of helicopter Thomas J. "Tim" McGuigan, 48, head of plant maintenance for a Bucks County-based fuel company, died in a helicopter crash Wednesday in Lebanon County.

He lived in Lebanon and grew up in Norristown. Mr. McGuigan was administrative assistant of petroleum equipment products and head of maintenance for Carlos R. Leffler a fuel company headquartered in Richland, Bucks County. The helicopter, owned by Carlos R.

Leffler, crashed about 6 p.m. in Lebanon County on a return 85-mile flight from Williamsport. The pilot and two passengers, including Mr. McGuigan, were killed. Mr.

McGuigan graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School in Norristown. He was a member of the Fuel Oil Dealers Association, a director of the Oil Heat Council of Lancaster, and chairman of a subcommittee on current and future tank regulations for the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association. He is survived by his wife, the former Carol A. Eckman; a son, Thomas J. 3d; a daughter, Christine M.

Nestor; two granddaughters; seven sisters; a brother; and his mother, Estelle Warliga. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Christ Church United Church of Christ, 1003 W. Marshall Norristown. Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
