Mr. Harty graduated from Delbarton High School in Morristown and the Pepperdine University School of Business and Management in Culver City, where he earned a bachelor's degree in broadcasting. He is manager of research at Channel 10 (WCAU-TV) in Philadelphia. A June wedding is planned.

Frankenfield-Pomerantz Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Miller of Havertown announce the engagement of their daughter Carrie Lynne Frankenfield to Adam David Pomerantz, son of Mr. and Mrs.
