The proposed Agreement by and between the Authority and the Water Company in the form presented to this meeting, which proposed Agreement sets forth the terms, and conditions under Authority will purchase and the Water will sell and convey such facilities artd franchises is approved; and a copy of such proposed Agreement shall be filledwiththe Secretary of this Township and shal I be made available for inspection at reasonable times by interested persons requesting such inspection. SECTION 3.

The Boardof Supervisors of this Township recommends to the Authority that the Authority proceed with the plan to acquire said facilities and franchises from the Water Company, in accordance with the terms 'and conditions of the aforesaid proposed Agreement by and between the Authority and the Water Company. SECTION 4. The Township consents and agrees to the terms and conditions of said proposed Agreement and, to the extent that any covenants contained therein shall require the cooperation or action of this Township, this Township agrees to perform the same. SECTION 5. ProperofficersoftheBoard of Supervisors of this Township are authorized and directed to take all other action and do all other things necessary or appropriate in order to carry out terms of the proposed Agreement and the intent and purposeof this Ordinance, if and when the proposed Agreement has been executed by the proper officers of the Water Company and the Authority, respectively.

SECTION 6. The Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of this Township is authorized and directed to deliver a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Authority. SECTION 7. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith expressly are repealed.
