Holgren, of Margate, N. J. Miss Geggis, who was graduated from the Baldwin School, is a senior at Mount Holyoke College. Mr. Holgren, an alumnus of Cornell University, served as a first lieutenant with the Army.

CONGER-LONGLEY The Rev. Dr. Harry Sherman Longley and Mrs. Longley, of Ardmore and Nantucket, announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Lucinda VanEvery Longley, to Ens. Michael Warland Conger, USCGR, son of Mrs.

Alden R. Dalley, of New York and Nantucket, and Mr. Clarence R. Conger, 3d. Miss Longley, who is a provisional member of the Junior League of Philadelphia, was graduated from the Baldwin School and is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania.

She is a granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Fulton, of Haverford, and the late Mr. Fulton, and of Mrs. Harry S. Longley, of Ardmore, and the late Rt.

Rev. Harry S. Longley, former Episcopal Bishop of Iowa. Mr. Conger, an alumnus of St.

George's School, Newport, R. and the University of Pennsylvania, is a member of the St. Anthony Club of New York. He is a descendant of Henry Rutgers for whom Rutgers University is named. Mr.

Conger is a grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rutgers Conger, of New York, and of Mrs. Henry G. Warland, of Nantucket, and the late Mr.
