By Terry W. Carlson Melbourne, FL Every year millions of people are turned down by banks and other lenders for a variety of credit reasons. Although many of these applicants have had current or past blemishes on their credit report, these potential borrowers are typically responsible, credit-worthy people. All too often, a new loan which can pay off all or a pottion of their current bills are exactly what they need to improve their financial situation. Specializing In Less Than Perfect Credit New Century Mortgage has developed a variety ol Tending programs to serve these borrowers who have been neglected or denied credit in the past oy other lenders and are often working with rigid, out-of-date lending guidelines which do not take into account the unique situations of today's borrowers.

What's more, the company has been able to dctetmine that credit problems often have nothing to do wiih household income. Often the reason for the credit problems were due to a situation beyond the control of the borrower, For instance, unemployment, a reduction in household income, or unplanned medical or emergency expenses. No matter the cause, the result is often the same, a poor credit report, and a derogatory rating on a credit report is the most likely reason these applicants will be turned away by banks or other lenders, even when the circumstance have been resolved and the individuals are on their way to financial recovery. Loans Tailored To Meet Borrowers Needs New Century Mortgage has designed a mortgage loan program so flexible it is virtually custom tailored to meet the individual needs of the applicant. As a result, the company lends over $300 million each month to homeowners with tax liens, current and previous bankruptcies, high debt ratios, difficult to document income, self-employed borrowers and even loans on investment properties.
