Mrs. Mittenzwey was born in New York City. She came to Brevard County in 1965 from the Bronx, N.Y. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Edith Fuchs of Princeton, J. Survivors include his wife, Josephine Unferth of Barefoot Bay; daughters, Karen Eueringham of Milan, 111., and Deborah Ohlsen of Coal Valley, III; stepdaughter, Judith Sharp of Zanesville, Ohio, Jacqueline Wildermuth of Silvis, 111, and Jeanne Henderson of Hartsville, S.C.; 15 grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren.

He was born in Minersville, and came to Brevard County in March from Burlington, J. Mr. Marzinsky was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8191 in Melbourne. He was a 1955 graduate of Rutgers University. He attended St.

Marks United Methodist Church in Indialantic. Survivors include his wife, Helen Marzinsky of Melbourne; sons, Gerald Marzinsky of Tucson, Cary Marzinsky of Stockton, and Kenneth Marzinsky of Swedesboro, daughter, Lenore Horner of Melbourne; stepbrother, Peter Marshall of New Britain, stepsisters, Barbara Truskoski of Bristol, and Maryann. McPherson came to Brevard County 39 years ago from Athens County, Ohio, where she was born. Survivors include her son, Francis McPherson of Seaford, Del; DEATH NOTICE ROBERT J. ORTIZ Age 57, a retired electrical designer and partner with his wife, who is co-owner of Elite Technology of Cocoa, Florida, died Wednesday at home. Bob, a native of New Jersey, was a resident of Cocoa Beach, Florida, since 1971. He suffered from multiple sclerosis throughout most of his adult life, and his death was the result of a tragic accidental drowning.

Dallas came to Brevard County 14 years ago from Wilmington, Ohio. Mr. Dallas was a trustee of Riverside Presbyterian Church in Cocoa Beach. He was past president of the Green County Farm Forum and a member of the Clinton County Soil Conservation Committee in Ohio. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Miriam Dallas of Cocoa Beach; sons, Mark Dallas of Xenia, Ohio, and Kurt Dallas and Kevin Dallas, both of Wilmington; daughter, Lydia Ko-verman of Troy, Ohio; stepsons, James Yeakley of Dallas and Thomas Yeakley of Bandung, Isle of Java; and 14 grandchildren. MARY EVANS MELBOURNE Mary J. Evans, 34, an assembly technician at OMI, died Wednesday, April 24, at Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital. Mrs. Evans was born in Brick Town, NJ. She came to Brevard County in 1978 from New Jersey.

Survivors include her husband, Elmo Evans of Melbourne; daughters, Tracy Wardwell and Lori Wardwell, both of Melbourne; stepdaughters, Rhonda Clement and Robin Barker, both of Big Sandy, stepson, Ricky Evans of Big Sandy; parents, Paul and Joan York of Indialantic; brother, Paul York of Brick Town; and sisters, Beth Morris of Brick Town and Janice Moia and Carolyn York, both of Palm Bay. He was a 1976 graduate of Satellite High School and a member of the Satellite High School Marching Band. He enjoyed surfing. LUTHER HIGINSON VERO BEACH Luther Donald Higinson, 64, a claims manager in the insurance industry, died Wednesday, April 24, at Indian River Memorial Hospital. Mr. Higinson was born in Engle-wood, NJ. He moved to Indian River County three years ago from Ora-dell, J. He was a former chief of the Oradell Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Masonic Lodge 162 in Westwood, NJ.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Helene Higinson of Vera Beach; daughters, Leslie Higinson and Lauren Higinson, both of Garfield, and Barbara Lovretin of Vero Beach; sons, Donald Higinson of West Milford, William Higin son of Hillsdale, sisters, Elizabeth Sullivan of New Port Richey and Barbara White of Kings Park, N.Y.; and two grandchildren. DEATH NOTICE MABEL STOKES FULFORD Age 97, died Wednesday, April 14, 1991, at West Melbourne Health Care Center in Melbourne, Florida. Mabel was born April 7, 1894, in Buena Vista, Georgia. She attended Brenaw College in Gainesville, Georgia. Mabel, a widow, was married to William Wimbrick Fulford for over 69 years.

She and "Brick" were in the Merchandising Business in Nashville, Tennessee for 23 years. She was a member of the Belmont Methodist Church in Nashville. Survivors include her daughter, Evelyn F. McGee of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida; three grandchildren; nine greatgrandchildren; and one great great grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held at the West Melbourne Health Care Center.
