DEATH OF MRS. FISKE. Well Known Resident of Count; Dies at Her Mooresville Home Tuesday. Mrs. Fannie, wife of Nat Fiske died at her hon'ie in Mooresville Tuesday morning after a long illness.

Her demise was causec from a complication of ailments She was able to be about th house until last Wednesday, whei a sudden change for 'the worse compeled her ta go to bed. She was forty-five years of age. The deccased'was the daughter of John Glenn, a well known resident of this county. Fereri, MRS. MELV1N AT REST Large Number of Friends in the City to Attend Funeral. The funeral of Mrs. Mary Melvin, who died at the home of her daughter. Mrs.

Mary Graham at Oklahoma City. Sunday morning was held from St. Co'- Catholic church Tuesday morning. Father Valerius Xelles. O.

S. officiating. Buria! was made in the Catholic cemetery. Mrs. Melvin had been ill at the home of her daughter for several months, suffering from heart trouble.

She was formerly a resident of Xettleton. She had been a consistent member of the Catholic church and had visited in this citv at the home of her niece. Mrs. Joseph Burke, a number of times, and had many friends here. Mrs.

Melvin is survived by five sons and two daughters, as follows: M. and Owen of Oklahoma Ciiv. fames, of Chillicothe. 111.. Thomas and John of St.

Joseph, and Mrs. Mary Graham snd Mrs. Bryan Fahney of Oklahoma City. Okla. The funeral was attended by a large crowd of friends and relatives from this city, and the following from out of town: Mr." and Mrs.
