1 3tli Dr. Hyman I. Goldstein, of the Mrs. Susan Irene Raffensperger died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Hewes, 44 Elm Upper Darby, after a long illness.

She was 81. Mrs. Raffensperger was a native of Lancaster county, but lived many years in this section. In ad- Charlemagne Tower, former S. C.

Millar before Millar becante a judge. Mr. Lee served five terms as a Republican representative to the State Legislature. He retired from office in 1950. His law offices were in the Liberty Trust Building, Broad and Arch sts.

A son, Austin, was asso ciated with him in practice. Mr. Lee was a member of the Cuthbert Manor apartments. rail Thurs. eve.

He was 63. A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Mr. Lee was admitted to the bar in 1923. He was associated with the late Common Pleas Court Judge Albert in Bryn Mawr. Mr.
