Ball High Hit-A-Thon set for Friday The Ball High Tors will hold their first baseball Hit-A-Thon at 4 p.m. Friday at the Ball High baseball field.

The Hit-A-Thon features a home run derby competition. Players are sponsored by friends, family members and local businesses with pledges of money on a cents-per-foot basis. Pledges will be taken in advance or at the park. Money raised will be considered donations to the Ball High Baseball Booster Club. Proceeds will be used to buy playing equipment and sub-varsity uniforms.
